In this article I am explaining how Pranayam Kopalbhati acts on our brain and heart systems giving raise a boost to their functionality.

Before starting any physical exercise or Yoga make sure you bring cleanliness to your body and soul first. To have this you can have little bath or just wash some parts of your body and then sit calmly for 5 to 10 minutes trying to drive out all the wary that you have in your mind at that instant and concentrate on yourself only. It is highly essential that you should perform Yoga with an elapse of 3 hours after food and your stomach is ¾ empty.

Procedure, how to perform Kopalbhati:

It is necessary that first you perform Padmason for 10 minutes and then better to do Oohm gunjan or chanting of Gayatrimantra for ten minutes.

 A  As it is required for doing Yoga be seated on a mat or blanket. To start with Kopalbhati sit with folded legs and keep your palms on respective front knees and body straight..

B    Take a long breath and then touch left side of your nose gently by any of left hand finger so as to block the passage of air through left side hole of your nose, and release the air out through right side hole..

C    Repeat the process of inhale and out hale through right hole of nose keeping left one blocked.

D    After 8 to 10 times of repeat you will feel inhaling goes automatic and just you have to do exhale activity.

E     Now try to exhale fast while inhale goes automatic.

F    Do this for 40 times and stop for 1 minute, then take a long breath after releasing
    left hole and again stop for 1 minute.

G    Go for another 40 repeats through left side hole of nose while right side hole of nose is kept blocked by any of the finger of right hand.

.On the 1st day start with 40 repeats through each side of your nose and gradually you can increase to 60 repeats through each side.

Benefits of Yoga Kapalbhati:

Brain: Brain consists of billions of cells which constantly communicate among themselves to produce commands for our body parts and due to this activity, a toxic impurity keeps on accumulating which later on comes out through eyes, ears and nose. by fast exhaling you apply small strokes repeatedly to whole brain system by which accumulated toxic substance starts to flow down and the communication goes better so also supply of blood to the brain system improves.

Heart: It is common procedure of thickening of artery and vein systems due to age and we fall into pray of heart diseases like hypertension and heart blockage. Fat is the principle substance that deposits on the wall of artery and vein. Due to the stroke that you apply by fast exhale the recently deposited fats goes into blood stream and stiffness of artery and veins reduces and channel broadens.

By exhaling fast you apply jerks to liver, kidneys and blood flow systems of body. All our body parts are covered by fat layers in which stiffness increases because of age. Due to this yoga activity stiffness decreases and body parts start functioning better.
